    Ceremony inClusions • 2 hours garden hire OR 2 hours event room hire (same room as your reception) • Complimentary 2 hours bump in for suppliers of mandap and traditional set ups

    (valued at $1,500) • 50 elegant chairs for guest seating if required (if applicable to your space) • Silk lined table and two elegant chairs for certificate signing • Complimentary wet weather option, on the grounds, location subject to management’s

    discretion on the day (applicable to outdoor spaces)

    high ceilings, detailed wall panelling and elegant lighting • Unlimited Navarra Venues non alcoholic beverage package of sparkling mineral water,

    soft drinks, juices, organic coffees & herbal tea infusions (Add sparkling white wine, hand selected local and imported red and white wines, premium beers for an additional $10pp.)

    • Navarra Venues will service your canapés for dinner events only. • Navarra Venues will serve entrée as table platters. • Main course and dessert served on buffet manned by the caterer (caterers MUST

    be Gold Licensed only). Buffet tables provided for main course and dessert service. • Change in style of service or addition service of courses may attract service cost. • Guest tables – round banquet tables, designer chairs, pressed white linen, linen

    napkins, designer crockery, cutlery and glassware. • Refreshments served to your bridal suite.

    • Inbuilt grand polished parquetry dance floor* • Friendly and professional uniformed wait staff, room manager and private host • Elevated bridal and cake table skirted with silk pleated dressing or staging also

    provided if no bridal table is required. • Designer guest book and skirted gift table • Cutting and serving your event cake presented on a platter per table. • Guest list on entry • Navarra Venues ushers to greet guests on entry. • Wireless microphone and lectern for speeches and special announcements • Personal team of wedding producers to finalise the intricate details of your perfect day • Bathrooms and kitchens for all event rooms • Setting of your place cards and bonbonniere and special gifts as requested • Air conditioned event rooms. • Complimentary onsite parking for all your guests. Package does not include any food or beverages or service before, during or after ceremony

    CommerCial KitChen inClusions • Kitchen hire including use of ovens, stove-tops, benches for food prep, dish washing –

    all food to be prepared off site by the caterer (commercial kitchen hire is non-exclusive). • Navarra Venues kitchen hands included • Kitchen access 3 hours before event at venue discretion (caterer MUST be Gold

    Licensed with a current public liability insurance policy).
