Important Note:

The candidate must bring the following documents along with him/her at the time of Interview:

a) Call Letter.

b) Proof of Age and Date of Birth.

c) Original Mark Sheets and Certificates of all preceding examinations starting from

School Board examination along with. A self-attested copy of the same must be

submitted during Written test and Personal Interview.

{Candidates, whose qualifying examination results and certificates are not available, are required to

provide Provisional Certificate or a course completion certificate duly signed by the Head of

College/Department (in lieu of provisional certificate) to that effect from the concerned Institution}

d) Documents pertaining to GATE, UGC/CSIR-NET JRF etc…. (Fellowship) qualification.

e) Those possessing M.Tech. Degree (thorough GATE) are also required to produce GATE

Score Card.

f) SC/ST/OBC students are required to produce Cast certificate issued by a competent

authority. OBC (with Non-Creamy Layer/Minority status) and SC or ST community

certificate as per the Govt. of India format.

g) Physically Disabled Certificate (for Pw D category students).

h) Candidates who are employed are required to bring with them “No objection

Certificate/Sponsored Certificate” from their employers in case they are currently

employed, failing which they will not be entertained.

i) Candidates, whose qualifying examination results and certificates and GATE/NET

documents etc. were not enclosed while applying, are required to bring the original

documents for verification and submit a self-attested copy of the same.

j) A hard copy of the online application (submitted earlier) should be submitted at the time

of Interview.

k) No TA/DA shall be provided to the candidates for attending the written test and/ or

Interview.

m) The Institute reserves the right to withdraw the admission in case candidate DOES NOT

fulfill minimum qualification/required percentage of marks in qualifying examination or

supplies any false information, as the case may be.

n) Candidate may note that failing to produce requisite documents as mentioned above in

originals at the time of Written Test/Interview, his/her candidature will be rejected.
