    Landslide Hazard Severe to High:- Perennial threat to life and property. Restriction on all new construction and adoption of improved land

    use and management practices deserve to be encouraged.

    High to Moderate:- The zone in which landslides have occurred in the past and are expected in future. New construction

    should be strictly regulated and should be done only after proper site investigation. Environment impact assessment

    should be made mandatory.
