Dress Code

Please note the dress code for the conference and dinners is smart casual. Hyderabad has a tropical climate with very high temperatures during April with average temperatures between 25 - 35 Degree Celsius, so pack accordingly. Jackets and ties are optional.

We recommend flat comfortable shoes as walking is a part of each day

Before you Travel Mobility

The university tours do include a degree of walking. Should you require assistance please let us know and we’ll make arrangements to ensure you can access the various areas comfortably

AIRPORT TRANSFERS & TAXIS

• Airport transfers will be taken care for out-station attendees. It’s roughly a short, 30-40 minutes ride to get to Hotel Sheraton where all outstation delegates will be staying.

• Please share your flight details with Kapil Kukreja – kapilk@kestone.in so that transfers can be arranged.

• Pick-up details will be shared closer to the arrival date.
