ABOUT THE PROJECT
Indiabulls has launched a new residential project “Centrum Park” inGurgaon. The project is spread over an area of 17 acres and will have 2
BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. The designing and
crafting of the new residential complex is planned in a meticulous
manner.
LOCATION
Indiabulls Centrum Park is located in sector 103, Gurgaon along the
proposed 150 meter wide Gurgaon Dwarka Expressway and the proposed
Metro. Domestic and international airport are very near to the newresidential complex.
We believe that Indiabulls Centrum Park would become the preferred
destination of many people as it is closely connected to a few important
places like railway station and airport.
F ACILITIES
Indiabulls Centrum Park proposes to have earthquake resistant RCC
framed structure with brick masonry and 100% power back up. Otherfacilities include swimming pool, hi-tech gymnasium, tennis court,
badminton court, salon, rain water harvesting, and ample parking space.
There will be various utility shops, pharmacy, ATM counter, library and
business center in the residential complex. We believe that Indiabulls
Centrum Park has been very carefully planned keeping in mind both local
and global interests and tastes of the people.
V ALUE FOR MONEY
Indiabulls Centrum Park is offering its apartments at a basic selling price of Rs. 2,900 per sq.ft. The area ranges from 1,250 sq.ft to 2,875 sq.ft. Total
cost of one apartment would range from Rs. 36 lacs to Rs. 83 lacs,
depending upon the type of flat viz 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK. Other charges
such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking, Maintenance and PLC etc are applicable.
We believe that the prices are reasonable considering the location and the
facilities being offered by the builder.

Indiabulls Real Estate Limited (IREL) is one of the largest listed real estate
companies in India. Till date, the company has covered various projects

Mumbai, and Indiabulls Central Park in Hyderabad.
OVERALL
We feel that once Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway comes up, then the
projects along that route will command significant premium. As Indiabulls
Centrum Park is located very close to the expressway and is offering
apartments at a reasonable price with decent facilities, therefore it is
advisable to invest in this project. However, a lot will depend on the
successful completion of the project as well as the expressway, therefore
one should also take these factors into account before investing.
