Used equipment has a 90-day warranty for photo and a 30-day warranty for video (excluding heads), audio and digital photography equipment.

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction: If, for whatever reason, you are dissatis�ed with your pur-chase, you can return it to B&H within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for miss-ing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits: Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase

Exchanges: If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

When shipping with Purolator, B&H is the Importer of Record as a Non-Residential Importer (NRI) into Canada. Duties and Taxes are therefore the responsibility of, and are paid by, B&H. B&H will charge the customer a fee equivalent to the du-ties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. Once you have paid B&H, your merchandise will be delivered to you without interruption.
