Everyone had a smile on their faces..Mission seems

accomplished!

But….something wasn’t as expected and

that made all the difference!

outside the Churchgate railway station:‘the motormen uncle didn’t even listen

to my thank-you.’Then…

He took a chance to reflect on the heavy duty of a motorman and was able to empathize with him.

Later said,

‘He is a very busy man with a big responsibility. Its OK!,I still said a thank u’

‘it was such a tough job for the bus driver uncle to understand a “thank-you”..but

‘the sweeper uncle now smiles at me when he sees me, it feels good’

‘The inspector uncle smiled at me when I gave him a card, he also

answered a few questions of mine, he said that his job is not easy’
