We are part of a small percentage of students who get the best of educationalfacilities without even asking. Sadly, this isnot the case with many children in our locality
They cannot afford the basic needs like School bags, stationary etc.
We strongly felt we should do something toHelp their situation. But How?...
Imagine
We visited Bharat Seva Dal School, Bengaluru.
After consulting with the School Authorities we found thatthese students had a pressing need for SCHOOL BAGS
IMAGINE
We decided to raise funds and buy school bags for these students
IMAGINE How would we raise funds?After a lot of discussion, we decided on preparing chocolates and selling them. We also sold custom-made wrist bands

We learnt how to prepare chocolates fromelders and started making them at ourhomes.
We started marketing our product through word-of-mouth and started taking orders

We prepared delicious Chocolates…

…And sorted, wrapped and packed them too
DOWe sold the Chocolates in attractive packsto many people
DO
We were overjoyed when we saw our netincome… A handsome figure of
Rs. 13,820!!!
DOWe were able to purchase new bags for theStudents of Bharat Seva Dal School, Kumarapark in Bengaluru.
On a designated day we went to the school to a joyous welcome from students and distributed Brand New School bags to
85 students
