Procedure of Survey Administration

• An email invitation with Dr. Ridgeway’s/Dr. Hephner LaBanc’s message and signature was sent out 5-7 days prior to each orientation session for those new incoming students that had signed up for that specific orientation session.– The numbers were confirmed with Enrollment Services prior to

sending the invitations out for each orientation session.– Each invitation is tied to a unique link sent out to the students.– Included in the Qualtrics data is the UM Student ID

• A follow up reminder was sent out 1-2 days prior to the future students arriving on campus that had not completed the survey.
