INC50 series inclinometer is competitive low cost inclinometer sensor supplied in a sealed machined aluminium alloy housing. It has multiple optional output interfaces including RS485, RS232, RS422, voltage output (0-5V or 0-10V), curent output (4-20mA, 0-20mA, or 0-24mA). And the axis can be single axis or dual axes. Our inclinometers adopt big brand components and material, and the cable are qulified for continous outdoor use, furthermore, our inclinometers are manufactured and calibrated in our own factory to guarantee performance and the real accuracy to the stated specification.
Adopting SkyMEMS proprietary algorithms, which reduce the non-linearity, cross errors, quadrantal error and installation error, our inclinometers become one of the most competitive inclinometers in the world. And it enjoys high reliability and survivability in harsh environment and the working temperature is -40~85°C. It has been widely used in solar tracker system, crane monitoring, excavator monitoring, cradle monitoring, etc.

You may get direct access to the product through communication protocol (RS485 / RS232), with which the product can be easily integrated into your system

Preamble Code: 4E 4A (fixed)
Address: the high 8 bits are in front, the low 8 bits are in back, the default address of the inclinometer is 00 00)
Command Length: length=(1+the byte number of data domain)

Checksum: it is the sum of preamble, address, command lenth and command code (command response), checksum has 16 bits, and the high 8 bits are in front, the low 8 bits are in back,
for example: Read X, Y Angles and Temperature Send Command: 4E 4A 00 00 02 41 00 00 DB
the Checksum = 4E+4A+00+00+02+41+00=DB, so the checksum is 00 DB.

Note: in the send command of “Set communication rate”, the value of data domain is corresponding to the communication rate: 03 represents 9600, 04 represents 19200, 05 represents 35400, 06 represents 57600, 07 represents 115200. the default is 07: 115200. Remarks: if needing high frequency output, the baud rate should be set as 115200.Once this command is setting, it will be saved into Flash. (please don't change this setting frequently)
