The availability of this service will enable us to serve our customers in a more efficient manner. Our receivables have been sold to Kyko. Therefore, we wish to inform you that all payments in respect of all current outstanding invoices and future invoices from us to you (collectively, the "Invoices") should be made by wire transfer in accordance with the attached wire instructions to Kyko.

Please note that by virtue of this letter, Kyko shall be the absolute owner of the Invoices and receipt by Kyko alone constitutes valid discharge of the debt. Any payments made to any other party will be considered nonpayment and will not discharge your liability to pay such amounts to Kyko. We would appreciate an acknowledgment of this notification and confirmation that this purchase of our receivables and change of address have been recorded in your accounts payable offices.

Please acknowledge and accept the sale of our receivables to Kyko by signing below and returning a copy of this letter by fax to +1-425-296-5070. This notice and the foregoing instructions are irrevocable and remain in full force and effect until you are again notified in writing to the contrary by Kyko.
