State ofldaho with all of the powers of a regularly qualified justice or judge of the courts to which he

may be ASSIGNED as provided by Idaho Code Sections 1-2005 and 1-2221 ; and

WHEREAS this Court has determined that the following assignment to Senior Justice

WHEREA the Honorable Warren E. Jones Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court, having
