From My Heart to Yours
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
Isn’t it wonderful to know that our God meets all our needs? Our greatest needs are to know we are loved, forgiven and secure.
The Gospel is the greatest love story. “God demonstrated his love toward us in that while we were sinners Christ died for
us.” (Romans 5:8) The message of the Bible is the message of God’s forgiveness and His desire to redeem and restore us. The
good news of Jesus Christ is that he has opened all his riches to us to meet any and every need we have. If you are a child of God
be assured today that you are loved, forgiven and secure.
We experienced some of God’s provision and blessing this past Sunday at FBC. We rejoiced to see five individuals make public
professions of their faith in Christ and their desire to be part the family of faith at FBC. Praise the Lord for all He is doing to reveal
Himself to us.
Members Meeting Sunday evening was also a blessing. Thank you to everyone who was in attendance. Thank you to Scott Ste-
phenson our moderator and to all the committees and ministry leaders who shared and gave reports. We welcome three new mem-
bers to our church ministry staff. LeAnn Croy – Interim Choir Director (LeAnn has been serving. Sunday we made it official).
Kristi Morelocke – Nursery Coordinator. Kristi will start her ministry August 1st. David Kephart – Interim Associate Pastor of
Youth and Student Ministry. David will officially begin his ministry on August 1st.
Chosen Road this Sunday night July 31st at 7:00 p.m. at FBC. At our Members Meeting Frank Dalton made a passionate plea for
all of us in attendance when we have guests share their gifts, talents and ministry with us. Be here Sunday night. Invite and bring
others with you. God has a blessing for you.
Baptism and Lord’s Supper our two Baptist ordinances will be observed on Sunday August 7th at 6:00 p.m. Please note we will
be doing these on Sunday evening. Following the service we will be having a Reception for our new members and our new staff
members, LeAnn (Curtis) Croy, Kristi (Lee) Morelock and David (Whitney, Harper, & Hudson) Kephart.
Homecoming and Tent Revival Friday August 19th – Sunday August 21st. Please pray, pray, pray for God to send true re-
vival. Dr. Bill Henard will be our evangelist and Jason Lovins Band will be our music leaders.
Looking forward to seeing you in Bible Study and worship this Sunday.

August 10th - 5:30 pm “Back to School” party. Come for fun games and food. Come ready to get wet and have a blast. August 17th - we will have Mrs. Bar-bara Sadler here with us to demon-strate basket weaving. You will weave your own basket. The cost is $5.00.
