The Northumbrian Hills development is split into three phases:

Phase 1 will see the creation of 50 three bedroom, luxury holiday Cottages in a village setting close to

the pavilion. Each stone Cottage will provide 107 sq. m. (1150 sq. ft.) of internal floor space spread over

two floors with a balcony offering south, south west or westerly views.

Phase 2 of the prestigious development will be the construction of a new two storey pavilion providing

bars, restaurants, swimming pool, fitness and spa facilities – focusing on well-being, comfort and

total escapism.

Phase 3 will see the creation of a golf academy with teaching bays, driving range and short game area

close to the first tee and the pavilion, along with other sports facilities.
