I N - R O O M D I N I N G

We offer you a choice of two in-room menus. You may prefer the light options menu, which is available 24 hours a day, or the Baraza Menu, which is available from 11h00 to 22h30. If any of these menus do not cover your personal dietary requirements, please feel free to contact a member of our team, and it would be a pleasure to prepare a special dish for you. You will see we have highlighted vegetarian options, and that menu items containing nuts, pork and alcohol are also

clearly indicated.

B R E A K F A S T O P T I O N S

Our famous breakfast buffet is available from 04h00 until 11h00 daily,

and until 13h00 on weekends and public holidays.

If you wish to have a light breakfast served in your room, please complete the card on the back of your door before 03h00 and it will be delivered to you as requested, or alternatively phone Room Service on 1060 and we will

deliver within 30 minutes.

Please note that there will be a tray charge of TZS 3,000.

seafoodOur seafood is selected from the famous Dar fish market, about 5 minutes from the hotel.

The fishermen go out in the early hours of the morning and are back at the market by dawn, where the market becomes chaotic as our fishmongers negotiate for the best catch of the day. Availability of our seafood selection depends on what the fishermen catch.
