WHAT’S HAPPENING AT FBC?

NEW TO FIRST BAPTIST?

May 15, 2011: This morning, Pastor Larry Thompson continues his new family series, “Modern Family.” Last Sunday, we captured nearly a thousand photo portraits of what it means to be a family in the 21st Century. If you missed your opportunity, stop by the east side lobby before or after church and strike your own Modern Family pose.

The Modern Family on this week’s Worship Guide cover is the Greener Family: Nick, Jennifer, Christian and Ava. This is their last Sunday with us before they return to Rwanda, Africa, to continue the work they do as our missionaries with Water for Life. Go by the Neighborhoods Bar immediately after today’s Worship Celebration to meet Nick and find out more about their mission, or access www.GreenerFamily.org.
