EIL - EIL R SERIES IN-LINE DRY ROTOR CIRCULATING PUMPS

With the EIL & EIL R series in-line dry rotor circulating pumps, keep comfort and energy efficiency at the highest level

• Direct connection to the installation with in-line connection (inlet and outlet on the same line)

• Used in cold & hot water circulation cycles of domestic and industrial heating & cooling, air-conditioning, and plumbing.

• Water supply• Irrigation• Handling of water and clean, chemically non-aggressive liquids.• The maximum glycol ratio that can be added to the circulation

water is 30%.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Construction Specifications• Centrifugal pump with an axial inlet - outlet flange and single impeller • DIN 2532 and EN 1092 - 2 compatible flanges • “Back Pull - Out” design that allows for the detaching of the fan and motor block from the pump

body without removing the installation

EIL Series Technical Characteristics• Maximum Operating Pressure: 10 bar (PN10) • Temperature of Pumped Liquid: From -10 °C to 130 °C • Pump Coupling: Connected to the extended shaft of the standard motor through an impeller, key and adapter

EILR Series Technical Characteristics• Maximum Operating Pressure: 16 bar (PN16) up to 120°C, 13 bar from 120°C to 140°C • Temperature of Pumped Liquid: from -20 °C.. to 140 °C • Pump Coupling: Rigid coupling shaft that is connected to the shaft of the standard motor with a key, an

adapter and a bracket

Variable speed control system, for managing pump operation according to system conditions. This provide energy savings, lower operating costs, greater comfort. This option is available for both EIL & EILR series.

Optional Features • Threaded galvanized pump counter- flanges • Blind flange • Pump foot • Different materials for mechanical seal and pump seals • Pump foot for vertical assembly

Installation • Can be installed horizontally or vertically providing the motor terminal box is upwards.• Motor powers 5.5kW and higher, for installation in the vertical position, the electric pump should be mounted

on a pump foot.• If the electric pump installed in horizontal position the motor must be supported over 5.5kW.
