STRonG, AccURATE, SMART... Unico!UNICO is featured with a special parallelogram linkage system designed to quick up settings and improve accuracy of tillage on field. This plough has an innovative design, a sturdyframe and many technical solutions to make easier the daily job. UNICO is available from 2 to5+1 bodies, with bolt or hydro-pneumatic safety systems and mechanical or hydraulicworking width adjustment.
THE “SMooTH SET” PARALLELoGRAM:in LinE WiTH YoUR nEEDS!The double arm of parallelogram keeps constant the operator settings for first furrow and the pull line alignment, even after working width adjustments.The first furrow working width can be easily adjusted byan hydraulic ram (optional feature). These features make extremely fast the plough setup on field and allow to get always a regular and even soil tillage.

PLoUGHinG HAS nEVER BEEn So EASY !The “SMOOTH SET” parallelogram allows to adjust easier the first furrow and the pull line according to soil, residue conditions or working depth. Pin systems (skimmers and depthwheel) and quick release elements (mouldboard and headstock) reduce dramatically thetime for setup.
FRoM A SoiL To THE oTHER cHAnGinG THE MoULDBoARDThe quick mouldboard replacement is, for sure, one of the bigger innovations for this plough; shifting it allows to skip from one soil texture to the other! It’s not anymore needed to remove all the “share-knife-mouldboard” group from the leg: the mouldboard can be replaced simply loosening a few bolts!
RESiDUES ARE noT A PRoBLEM !A quick “cotter and pin” system allows an easy setup of skimmer working depth, to well define the height of topsoil burying. In this way is possible to plough in the same day different fields with much variable residue conditions.

“SoLo WHEEL”onE WHEEL, TWo FUncTionS The depth wheel is available also in transport “combi” version: the road transfer will be easier and safer! The plough is pulled in half-reversed position standing on the wheel: in this way the larger part of its weight will be released to soil. This configuration reduces rolling and pitching on the road for a much more comfortable and safe drive. Versions larger than 4 bodies are featured by a hydro-pneumatic dampened wheel.
inTERcHAnGABLE HEADSTocK The headstock has designed to offer the best reliability
and stability. The third point and the rotation hinge are enclosed in a structure connected to the
plough body, while the two lifting connections are boltedon it. This exclusive configuration allows to shift quickly
(6 bolts totally) from rigid to steering headstock, or evento connect a quick-hitch bar. For a perfect matching to any
tractor, two possible hitch heights are available.

Unico is available in 3 sizes to satisfy all the customer needs. “S” series allows to configure a light machine ideal for matching to low power tractor and shallow tillage, while “L” offers all the benefits of the highest sturdiness. The size (ø) of revolution hinge is proportional to the section of frame square beam.
