Unfold your leadership potential in a supply chain contextThe three-year leader talent programme will take you to three different production sites where you will spend one year in each location. On-the-job-training and a professional, tailored programme will introduce you to the operational environment and challenges at each production site. You will have a key role solving complex tasks and bringing ideas to the management table for consideration and decision-making. Some of your tasks could be to:
• identify and analyse optimisation possibilities• estimate savings • make suggestions for working even greener and more cost-consciously• facilitate implementation of Lean principles • solve technical, production and logistical challenges
Arla offers you individual training in leadership, strategy execution and process facilitation to speed up your career and nurture your talent. By way of exam-ple you will learn how to form a team that consists of the right resources and competencies capable to solve any task.
Leadership ambitions and ability to envision the futureYou have a Master’s degree and are specialised either in Dairy/Food Techno-logy, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. You are hard-working, ambi-tious and striving to make a difference for the future of dairy production. You are eager to set your footprint right in the middle of our supply chain activities and take on significant responsibility when solving business critical issues with the management teams. It is imperative that you are a fast learner, have strong analytical skills and apply logic when making important decisions.
As a potential future leader in Arla’s supply chain, you possess both empathy and the ability to challenge your colleagues.
