FOUNDER LETTERWelcome to our kingdom ladies and gentlemen!I would like to welcome you to our academy, which is the first of its kind in the MENA region. Our courses are highly customized to appeal to a variety of learning styles. We use the latest training materials and methods to facilitate learning and to make the process enjoyable and engaging. Our courses are delivered by experts in the medical field and you will be eligible to receive a CPD-certified certificate after attending any of our courses.

Our services are well described in our vision, «Become a pioneer in creating true healthcare leaders with creativity and innovation» and we are constantly working to make that happen!

I finished my dentistry studies in Simferopol in 2005 and shortly after, set up my own clinic in Jordan. I was then offered work in Riyadh and stayed there for 5 years working evening shifts as a dentist and morning shifts in a management position. In 2013 I decided to develop my skill in management so I decided to study MBA at Northampton University. After successfully completing

my MBA l worked as the marketing director for the largest chain of pharmacies in Jordan for 2 years and last year, 2015, l started this project, IMTA, with my team.l can remember when I opened my own clinic and I didn’t have any idea about marketing or how to brand my practice much less create a business plan and calculate depreciation! These were all new to me and I had to gain the knowledge through training.

I recognise as part of the Senior staff doctors role they have to train new doctors but they do not necessarily have any idea or training about how to develop management skills materials or how to deal with difficult delegates.

Then there are the nurses who play a major role in patient satisfaction in the hospital and in order to do so effectively they have to attend some communication and leadership training!

Pharmacists & medical representatives may also be lacking in interpersonal skills after graduation yet it is an essential area of focus as they need to be seen as professional in negotiating with suppliers and customers as well.

In all of my worldwide trips during the last few years, I discovered a startling gap in the quality and number of MENA region hospitals and healthcare. In examining the possible causes for this, I have discovered that the root of this issue that healthcare professionals are not being trained for leadership, management, and communication.

Thus, I was motivated to remedy this problem with an academy that will train medical professionals in skills that are essential in improving the region’s healthcare to the level of quality that you can find in the United Kingdom. We aim to infuse creativity and professionalism in the medical world by crafting top-rated courses delivered with expertise, offering a blend of interpersonal and leadership qualities in medical professionals. Plus our services are designed to offer 100% satisfaction to patients.

It was not a simple feat to gain accreditation for the courses taught at our academy, as they must conform to a level of knowledge that is required of doctors for example who have never been introduced to this information. Finally, we achieved an accreditation from the CPD, a reputable accreditation body in the UK.

The training methods used in the courses must be relevant to real life, yet engaging and unique at the same time. The academy uses the latest techniques to enrich its courses and encourage valuable discussions.
