Challenge: Inadequate Inventory Management and Fulfillment Despite an already popular and growing ecommerce presence, Mister Zimi had never previously used a WMS. Orders were being processed strictly through Shopify and third-party logistics providers, with some inventory management handled through mobile apps. This resulted in wide-spread fulfillment issues, especially during collection launches and other busier periods. Orders printed onto paper picklists, impossible and inaccurate inventory control, and major inefficiencies affected every step of the fulfillment chain.

There was also an additional major concern for Mister Zimi: timeline. The business had a hard deadline of 6-weeks for the project go-live and needed a system to be up and running within that timeframe.
