Field trips will depart at 9:30 AM and return by 4:00 PM unless otherwise indicated. Campers will attend field trips on the days that correspond with their grade. They will not have the option to stay behind if another group is on-site. *Animal Encounters will bring a petting zoo to Issaquah Valley on 7.19. Animals will include familiar barnyard favorites to fascinating exotic animals. The Reptile Man will bring a variety of reptiles to Issaquah Valley on 8.21.The required permission form is included in the Summer Camp registration. If you have concerns about your child being around animals, please contact your Site Coordinator.

**There will be bouncy houses on-site on 6.23, 8.15 and 8.23. The required permission form is included in the Summer Camp registration.

NO REFUNDS Dates registered for are the dates services will be provid-ed. There will be no switching or adding days after regis-tration is closed. Fees will not be prorated for absences, special events or vacations. There will be no drop-in ser-vices. Parents are responsible for payment based upon the days registered, regardless of attendance. A $20.00 per day credit will be applied to your account if parents submit withdrawal requests by June 2, 2017.

Release of Liability with Kidz Bounce Activities In consideration of being permitted by Kidz Bounce in its facilities and allowed

to participate in a party or program, I agree to the following waiver and release.

By my signature below, I warrant to Kidz Bounce that I am physically fit and know of no medical or health reasons

why I should not participate in its activities. I also understand and agree that in consideration of my using the

equipment and facilities of Kidz Bounce that there are inherent extreme risks. I agree to assume full responsibility and

accept all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence from employees or other participants with

respect to any claims including, but not limited to, actions, injuries, disability, paralysis, death or damage to any person

or property. In addition, I agree to pay for all attorney fees, medical expenses, and all other damages from injury to

myself or those minors I sign for below.

liability and the inherent risks at Kidz Bounce.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PARENTAL CONSENT AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (MINORS UNDER AGE 18)

In consideration of my minor child being permitted to participate in any way in Next Step Archery in sponsored (“Activity”), I agree:

1. Int.______I understand the nature of Next Step Archery activities and the Minor’s Experience and capabilities believe the Minor to be qualified to participate in such Activity. I further acknowledge that I and the Minor are aware that the Activity will be conducted in facilities open to the public. I further agree and warrant and will instruct the Minor that if, at any time, the Minor believes conditions to be unsafe, he/she will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity.

2. Int.______I FULLY UNDERSTAND that: (a) Next Step Archery activities involve risks and

dangers of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH (“Risks”); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by the minor’s own actions, or inaction’s, the actions or inaction’s of others participating in the Activity, the condition in which the Activity takes place or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW; (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILTY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES incurred as a result of the Minor’s participation in the Activity.

3. Int.______I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY,

SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Next Step Archery, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which Activity takes place (each considered one of the “Releasees” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the Minor’s account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the Minor, or anyone on the Minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the Releases named above, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSE, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST ANY MAY INCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH CLAIM.
