• Absence of trust can change everything and can destroy to anything.

• Improper decision making affects the two outcomes of Trust SPEED & COST (Have inverse effects)

• Team members refusing to accept their mistakes trust can break productive relationships.

managers following points are very important to build trust in an organization:

• Involve employees while decision making
