Agenda 1. Actively Strengthen the Front Lines1. Provide ranger training in priority sites in all 12 WWF focal tiger

landscapes

2. Equip and train enforcement staff in at least 20 priority sites in intelligence led Adaptive Tactical Patrolling

3. Roll out SMART with SMART partners & CA|TS:

SMART A site-based conservation approachto monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of protection and management

CA|TS A protected area effective management accreditation scheme

4. Establish an Asian Ranger Association

Agenda 2. Conserve Tiger Habitat

1. Identify critical corridors in 12 priority landscapes requiring urgent protection from threats & implement action plans to secure function

2. Provide Smart Infrastructure Planning tool to national/regional/local decision makers for alternatives to infrastructure development threatening tiger habitat

3. Anticipate climate change impact on tiger habitat & prey in 1 landscape as a pilot

Agenda 3. Engage and Share Benefits of Conservation with Communities

1. Actively employ known and evolving incentive measures, benefit-sharing schemes and human-tiger conflict mitigation and compensation schemes

Agenda 4. Enhance and Mainstream collaboration among TRCs

1. Support the development & implementation of transboundary agreements in 6 of the 12 WWF focal landscapes

2. Provide technical & financial support to the Global Tiger Forum

Agenda 5. Support launch of tiger restoration programs in low density TRCs

1. Support government led tiger recovery programmes in at least 2 countries.

Agenda 6. Accelerate the flow of national and external funds to support actions on the ground

1. Maintain fundraising support & direct donations of funds to partners within the 12 focal landscapes towards action on global, regional and transboundary themes. WWF continues to maintain at least $10 Million USD per year towards the GTRP.

Agenda 7. Expand and develop new partnerships with business and industry

1. Continue to develop partnerships at the global/regional/ national/local level to halt negative impacts in the 12 WWF focal tiger landscapes

2. Promote positive actions for tiger conservation from businesses and industries continuing to threaten the landscapes; such as, garner anti-poaching support & avoidance of habitat destruction

Agenda 8. Develop and implement comprehensive national awareness strategies and initiatives

1. Support International Tiger Day in each TRC at appropriate dates & locations

2. Maintain awareness raising efforts on need to reach Zero Poaching & recognizing wildlife crime as a serious crime

3. Along with TRAFFIC, support government led efforts to reduce demand & dissuade consumption of tiger products in priority TRCs

Agenda 9. Develop national two-year action plans to better monitor NTRP/GTRP implementation

1. Provide support to each of the TRC’s where requested & within our capacity

2. Continue to provide direct support to national, local & transboundary tiger conservation programmes in 13 tiger or potential tiger range countries
