Implementation Assistance ProgramSo Far…• SHRP2 IAP projects underway in 48 states; more coming in round 4• Applications Received (Rounds 1-4): 414

– from 49 State DOTs + DC DOT– from 38 MPOs– from 10 tribes, 6 “others,” FHWA/FLH

• Awards (Rounds 1-3): 65 recipients received 146 awards (representing work on 180 projects*)

– 44 State DOTs + DC DOT– 16 MPOs– 1 tribe, 3 “others,” FHWA/FLH

• Beyond the IAP – successful implementation efforts ongoing in Traffic Incident Management (L12) – 41 states involved

• Thus, all 50 states + DC are engaged in SHRP2 implementation
