Domingo Salerno Named Managing Director Global Technical Services –  Latin America & Caribbean 

 ATLANTA (September 11, 2013) – Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world’s largest 

independent provider of claims management solutions, announced today that Domingo Salerno has 

been appointed as its Global Technical Services (GTS®) managing director for Latin America and the 

Caribbean effective immediately. GTS is a unit of Crawford that handles claims for large and complex 

losses around the world. 

 

In his new position, Salerno will have the responsibility for developing and maintaining local, regional, 

and international client relationships and managing and supervising adjusting services for large losses. 

His new role is part of a regional investment plan by Crawford to improve client liaisons and further 

strengthen the team of GTS adjusters to assure the delivery of high quality services per GTS global 

standards. In 2011 Crawford established GTS‐services hubs in six Latin America countries—Argentina, 

Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama, and Peru—to serve the fast‐growing regional market.

operations makes him a natural choice for this position,” said Eduardo Kimsi, CEO for Crawford’s 

operations in Latin America. “We believe he will be very successful in growing our services in this rapidly 

developing region.” 

 

Salerno joined Crawford in 2009 as an executive general adjuster for GTS, a position he has held until 

being promoted to his current role. He will be based in Crawford’s Latin American regional office in 

Miami but will devote a significant amount of time visiting GTS offices in Latin America.
