DiscountsThe discount structure on IMC products will, as fromJanuary 2017, be set at a blanket base rate of 30% for allproducts except spare parts which is set at 20%.

Additional discounts will be granted based on turnoverand performance.

Additional Quantity DiscountsThe following additional discounts are available for bulkorders on all refrigeration products with the exception ofBarcooler.

These additional discounts are not available with otherpromotional prices.

Additional discounts are from the net price, i.e. 40% plus5% or 40% plus10%.

OrderingAll orders must be in writing and include an ordernumber, delivery and invoice address.

CollectionAny goods collected from IMC’s premises in Wrexham willbe subject to an additional discount of 1% (packed) or2.5% (unpacked). If collected unpacked, IMC does notaccept responsibility for damage arising as a consequence.

DeliveryFree of charge for all orders over an invoiced value of£500 plus VAT, except for deliveries to Northern Ireland,Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and ScottishIsles which incur a charge of 50% of the current carriagecost.

All spares are subject to a carriage charge at the prevailing rate.

Charges resulting from special instructions, to use aspecific courier will be charged.

Any damages/shortages must be reported to IMC within24 hours of accepting delivery. No claims for damageswill be considered if the goods have been onwarddelivered by you.

Re-stockingIf for whatever reason a new product is to be returned toIMC it must be unused and still in the original packaging.Prior to returning any product an RAA number must beobtained from IMC’s customer service department. Thisnumber must be quoted on all future correspondenceand clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.Once received, the product will be inspected and, if foundto be defective or damaged in any way, you will becontacted to ascertain if you want to collect the product.If accepted, a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 25% willbe charged.

Goods returned without a RAA number will incur arestocking charge of a minimum of 50%.

Payment terms Distributors must settle all invoices in strict accordancewith our payment terms, which are net 30 days from dateof invoice. IMC will retain title to goods it has supplieduntil such time as invoices are settled in full.

WarrantyIMC’s products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12months from the date of sale by an IMC distributor or 15months from the date of invoice, whichever is earlier. Products with extended warranty periods are identifiedwithin the price list.All IMC spare parts are covered by a three monthwarranty.

Defects that arise from faulty installation, inadequatemaintenance, incorrect use, connection to the wrongelectricity supply and fair wear and tear are not covered bythe guarantee.

If a product needs to be returned due to a technical issuean RAA number must be obtained from IMC’s customerservice department before returning the product. Thisnumber must be quoted on all future correspondenceand clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. If theproduct is subsequently found not to be faulty it will bereturned and no credit will be raised.
