GILETPETRÉS
ALBALAT
THIS IS THE WAY I MAKE EVERYDAY TO GO TO ALBALAT SCHOOL.
ALBALAT IS A LITTLE VILLAGE
AMONG ORANGE TREES.
Here it is Albalat School, where 60 children study.
This is our classroom and here there are some pupils at work: the class tree help us to know how to behave to “grow” as
good citizens.
We always work in mixed groups of different ageswhich is the main characteristic of our school.
For example, in my classroom there are
10 pupils of 2nd level, 3 of 3rd level and 4 of 4th level.
The Pupils of 2nd level (7 years old) and me.Autumn School Work
The Pupils of 3rd and 4th level
(8 and 9 years old) and me.Music school work
Here we can see Aureli, our music teacher.
A lot of pupils go to Regional Music Schools and there they can learn and play instruments to complete their school studies.
A little piece of our educational philosophy you can find:
Group work (coperative) predominance
overindividual.
The value of a positive coexistence
as a right formation rule.
Exploration and knowledge of our environment as a learning source.
Interpersonal respect and Self-esteem encourage:
we all are special and unique.
The game as a way and to form good citizens.
To respect established rules.
Level or age doesn't mattter, they all share
their happiness with classmates.
And I can't finish this introductionwithout showing to you the rest of the
members of my educational family: my workmates.
