DTM Turkey field teams receives certificates for the participation of the 4th round of DTM Flow Monitoring Survey training

Main Topics on the Agenda of the DTM Flow Monitoring Surveys (FMS)Training:

DTM FMS training was enriched with the active participation of the DGMM experts and DTM Field Staff on below topics:

• Introduction to DTM Global

• Purpose, scope and coverage of DTM Turkey

• FMS Questionnaire, ODK Collect Application, interview methods

• Migration legislation in Turkey (with a special focus on Syrians under temporary protection)

• Protection and referrals of vulnerable migrants

• Counter Human Trafficking

• Data use, analysis and protection

• Baseline Assessment Study

The training for the 4th round of Displacement Tracking Matrix Flow Monitoring Surveys in Turkey was conducted on 9 July 2018 in Antalya with the participation of all DTM Turkey staff (42 participants), 5 DGMM experts and 1 expert from Antalya PDMM. The training was followed by the DTM-DGMM workshop on 10 July 2018 where DGMM & PDMM experts and DTM Ankara staff discussed their valuable partnership and further means to enhance their coopera tion.
