Metro station is only 2.5 kms away from the complex. There are many shopping malls and banks in the close vicinity of the residential complex. One of the reputed schools, DPS, is just nearby. FNG is also nearby, i.e. only 2kms away from the location. We feel that the location is good and can demand price appreciation in future. F ACILITIES The facilities to be provided by IITL Nimbus Hyde Park include swimming pool, gym, kid’s play area, and sports facility. Apart from these facilities, other luxurious amenities provided by IITL Nimbus Hyde Park to its residents include steam and sauna bath, medical centre, ayurvedic massage centre, yoga & meditation centre, and business centre. Thus, we are of the view that the residential complex will be enriched with all the modern facilities, which would help in improving the lifestyle of an individual. V ALUE FOR M ONEY IITL Nimbus Hyde Park is offering its apartments at basic selling price of Rs. 2975 per sq.ft. Area ranges from 525 sq.ft. to 1750 sq.ft. So, the total cost for one apartment would range from Rs. 19 lacs to Rs. 62 lacs, depending upon the choice of the apartment, viz 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK. We believe that these are fair prices taking into account the eco friendly features, modern amenities and location advantages of the site. We are of the view that the apartments are suitable for the middle income group.
