To recognise organisations which demonstrate best practice and an on-going commitment to training and developing their people.

Provides an opportunity for the many organisations that are experiencing exciting and empowering human resource development to share their learning with others

Objective

By focusing on engagement, collaboration, participative management, excellence in training initiatives, transparency, innovation and learning and development of both individuals and organisations. Organisations and individuals submit entries based on specific Training Initiatives that they believe have contributed to the success of their organisations.

Organisations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success or achievement as a result of employee learning
