Fuel mengalir melewati Delivery Valve dan masuk kedalam Nozzle.
Nozzle akan otomatis membuka oleh fuel Pressure itu sendiri,
sehingga penginjeksianpun terjadi.

1. Posisikan engine pada posisi Top 1 6 (lihat marking pada pulley)
2. Putar balik arah putaran marking pada Pulley hingga marking yang sebelumnya lurus kini harus diatur jaraknya hingga beberapa derajat sebelum TDC (lihat standart pada Shop Manual- Contoh: BTDC 81 pada SAA6D125-3)
3. Kendorkan coupling pada drive shaft to FIP kemudian cocokkan mark pada advance timer hingga lurus.
4. Kemudian kencangkan bolt pada coupling.

Ulangi langkah yang kita lakukan pada mark methode hingga pengendoran Coupling.
Buka delivery valve pada fuel injection tube 1 (jika posisi piston pada TOP 1 kompresi)`

Lepaskan Delivery valve kemudian tutup lagi
valve holdernya.
Kemudian lakukan proses Pumping pada
Priming Pump.
Putar Advance
Timer kearah
kanan
Perhatikan saat
Pumping.
Jika Fuel sudah tidak keluar lagi
Pada saat penyesuaian timer walaupun
Dilakukan Pumping, berarti itulah
saat penginjeksiannya.
Pasang delivery Valve
Dan kencangkan Coupling.
