Work experience

Station RepresentativeVolotea it’s a low cost European carrier established in April 2012 with Headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. The carrier startoperations in Tirana in December 17, 2015 from Verona and Venice,Italy operating two flights per each segment weeklywith B717 aircraft. The Carrier it’s offering low cost and extremely competitive fares with high operational standards andpunctuality to all its network. The station representative focuses on a smooth flight rotation and is responsible for assuringbest in class customer service on the ground on a day to day basis and this, in a safe, secure and timely way. I am incharge of the complete handling and operational supervision. The Station representative executes the set Service LevelAgreements and quality targets on the ground including punctuality and reliability targets and take corrective actions in thefield when Service Levels or quality targets are not met, in order to guarantee a smooth handling of aircraft, passengersand baggage. The Station Representative supervise Volotea Airlines‘ subcontracted services and manage own services inan efficient and cost efficient way, while staying in line with the set Service Level Agreements and quality targets.I am incharge to brief and update the relevant ground service suppliers in order to enable them to apply Voloteas’ processes,procedures and product in the respective stations, representin Volotea in local AOC and Airport User Committees, dailymanagement of all Aviation Security responsibilities, role in case of activation of Contingency Plan, and keeps

The company start the operations in cooperation with Italian carrier New Livingston flying from major Italian destinations toTirana and during the summer season also from United Kingdom, London Gatwick.

Currently its main branch, Eurokoha Reisen GmbH, has taken over the operations in Albania organizing scheduledcharters from Germany, Stuttgart and Koln-Bon to Tirana in cooperation with Germanwings airline. I am ManagingDirector of company, caring and acting on development politics, contracts and Government communications, as well alsomarket analyzing.

The company its evaluating the possibility to participate on start-up process of new Albanian Carrier following economicsituation of market and demands for a new national carrier in Albania.

Director Cargo Handling Department

Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza it’s the only one international airport in Albania. In the 23 April 2005 the Albaniangovernment assigned to the consortium led by Hochtief AirPort. Hochtief the management of the airport for a 20-yearconcession period. The concession included the construction of a completely new passenger terminal and variousinfrastructure improvements. My main duties were to lead, manage and coordinate Cargo department policies, proceduresand practices through planning, developing and implementing intensively the new cargo strategies. Implementation ofoperation standard procedures, clearance procedures, customer service and all necessary guidelines for staff and users.Monitoring, measure and reporting all new environment with direct impact on cargo activities and cargo product.Establishing standard safety and security internal auditing procedures in compliance with IOSA/ISAGO and ICAOstandards and TIA reference manuals.Keeping under sensitive management the department plans in training's, expenses and inceptive politics, budget andrevenues. Increasing the professional level of staff in compliance with Cargo 2000 and best recommended training andpractices.

Based in charter activity and with support of Hamburg InternationalAirlines, the company has tried to gain marked investing in start-up of a local carrier in strong partnership with local touroperator, Eurokoha Reisen.
