1. Can iFLYflat find more seats than I can?

> We don’t have access to more frequent flyer seats, or special inventory. However, our experienced travel team provide you with the best opportunity to travel on those hard to book flights by searching for available seats every two days.

> Plus, we often uncover seats that you would never know existed. That’s just one benefit of having someone in your corner who understands seat availability, new routes, alternative routing combinations and other airlines that you can fly on for the same points.

> Combined with our strategy of earning the right points from the start, this means we’re able to help our members fly to more of their dream destinations on points.

2. What if there are no reward flights available when I want to fly?

> Frequent flyer seats change all the time and may become available at any time leading up to the date of travel. However, the day will come when you need to lock in your travel plans.

> If we can’t find you any frequent flyer seat options for your chosen travel plans, we can help you purchase retail tickets on any available airlines through our retail travel partner.

3. Can you get me an upgrade?

> We can’t request or influence airline upgrades. They’re based on individual airline ranking systems that take into consideration your elite status (platinum, gold, silver etc) and the number of available seats on that flight.

> Of course, the strategies we put in place will help you earn more points. So you can use these points to request for an upgrade.

> Members manage their own flight upgrades. iFLYflat isn’t involved in the process.
