There were 24 motor vehicle stops, two reports of loose cows, and one deer accident.

Monday, Nov. 27, 20171356 A Glasgow female said

she had to go get the vehicle an-other female drove from St. Marie today because someone took the vehicle without permission. She said the vehicle did not belong to the other female, but was really hers. She believed the person who took the vehicle to St. Marie was yet another female and a guy, but she wasn’t sure who the guy would be. She was patched up with a deputy, who later advised his report would be for unauthor-ized use of a motor vehicle.

1438 A Glasgow female re-ported a grass fire on the east side of the road in the Glasgow area. She said there didn’t appear to be any houses in danger, but there could be some type of grain bin that may be in the path shortly. She said the wind was causing the fire to move quickly. By 4:07 p.m., the fire was in mop-up.

2005 A card was started for theft at an officer’s request.

Tuesday, Nov. 28, 20170816 A Nashua male advised

that sometime during the night,

someone came by his residence and took a set of four tires he had sitting out, valued at $600. He had gone to bed around 11 p.m. last night and is pretty sure they were still there then. A deputy was notified of his call.

0846 A deputy requested a CFS started for a VIN inspection. By 9:02 a.m., it was completed.

0932 A Fort Peck female reported that she was driving a male’s pickup right now and sometime between 1:30 and 9 a.m., the vehicle was sideswiped with a mirror in front of her address. She said the vehicle she was driving was a red 2016 Dodge Ram that now had a black streak down the side of the bed of the pickup from the taillight to the middle of the wheel well. She already had spoken to a deputy about this.

1509 A Glasgow male received a call from someone claiming to be a computer tech. The computer caller wanted this caller to get on his computer and he would assist him in getting into it. He was patched up with an officer.

1645 Dispatch received a con-firmation request from Phillips County on a female. Dispatch notified a deputy who then con-

firmed the warrant, which was faxed to Phillips County SO. Phillips County let dispatch know the subject had posted a $500 cash bond and was given a notice to appear for Dec. 5.

Wednesday, Nov. 29, 20170822 A Glasgow male reported

that vehicles were not yielding or slowing down at the yield sign at a Glasgow intersection. He has called about this in the past as well. He said this morning around 8:01 a.m., three vehicles just pulled out in front of him at a high rate of speed without regard for his vehicle coming. One vehicle was a black SUV and two pick-ups. He thought one might have been white. He wasn’t sure of the other one. The caller also said another location where people weren’t watching for oncoming traffic was when they pull out of Ezzie’s Westend in front of people on Hwy. 2. Officers were notified, as well as VCSO and MHP.

0944 A brush fire was reported by Gibb’s place at MM 46. A female requested assistance from our fire departments. The fire is at an intersection right off Hwy. 24 S.

1042 Dispatch received a call from a Frazer person who said they are receiving a smoke detector alarm for a residence there. RC dispatch said they had spoken with a person at the place where the fire was sup-posed to be. She had let a pot of water boil completely out and it caused smoke. Everything was fine and she doesn’t need the fire department.

1139 A warrant was served in Glasgow.

1436 A deputy reported he was out on a public assist with a semi pulling a cattle trailer. The person had blown an air line and his brother was coming from Frazer to help get it fixed.

1456 A possible theft of a dog kennel from a female’s residence in Glasgow was reported and no further action was required.

1742 A Glasgow female said she had been following three

customers (two women and one man) who she believed had been stealing. They were getting ready to leave the store and she can’t detain them. They’re headed in the direction of the Scottie Express car wash. One woman is wearing red and green plaid pajamas with a grey hoodie, the other woman was wearing a black hoodie with a pink sweater and the man was wearing a black jacket and jeans. At 6:03 p.m., a deputy was with a male wearing black jeans, grey top and black hoodie behind Reynolds. This suspect was a friend of the three people reported stealing.

Thursday, Nov. 30, 20171226 An officer requested a

CFS started for a vehicle that was being marked as abandoned in the parking lot across from the Roosevelt Hotel. The vehicle plate came back inactive.

1327 A Glasgow man advised sometime yesterday his blue Bimini canvas boat cover blew out of the back of his vehicle. He said someone around town has it. It does have some metal on it. He was also going to advertise it on Facebook.

1357 A Frazer female wanted a deputy to respond to the school in Frazer regarding an unwanted person who came into the school and got belligerent when asked to leave. She said this man left about 15 minutes prior to her call to the LEC. She advised he did not have any children at the school and was not associated with the school in any way. He came into the building asking to use the phone. They allowed him to use it once and he wouldn’t leave when he was done. He has been around the school before. He was around the area last spring and a teacher caught him digging in cars. The man was darker skinned, African American, tall, medium build, and he had puffy hair that was almost an orange color. He was wearing a red coat, blue jeans that hung way down like they didn’t fit him and he had a backpack.

1456 A Glasgow female asked

if dispatch had any warrants for another female. She thought she had a warrant out of Justice Court in Glasgow. Dispatch didn’t find any warrant for her here, but did find an active warrant out of Yel-lowstone County, no bond. Extra-dition Montana. Dispatch notified the caller and sent a confirmation to MHP, Billings.

1925 A Glasgow female said she saw a newer white car back into another female’s gold car and leave, but was following a city officer’s vehicle. The officer ad-vised there was no damage to the vehicle that was hit. The owner didn’t want to pursue charges. The vehicle was a white Dodge Dart on 5th Avenue. The male who hit the car is leaving with his parents.

Friday, Dec. 01, 20170406 A Glasgow male re-

quested an officer for a man who had come into the store. An of-ficer stated who the complainant was, and that a female relative knocked him down, took his phone and wouldn’t give it back. An officer went to the female’s place and she said the phone was sitting at the house of the person who was knocked down, who was extremely intoxicated.

0503 An officer passed on a request to another for help for a conditions violation. BAC .067.

0642 A fire was reported at Nemont Manor. Smoke was re-ported in the lobby. The first floor was evacuated and the people were taken to Milk River where they had coffee waiting for them. An ambulance was paged for a couple of patients sitting out front of the building coughing from the smoke.

1019 An Opheim female was concerned about a neighbor’s dog being very skinny. She has been going over and feeding the dog, but thought something more should be done. She wanted to speak with an officer.

1047 A Nashua female report-ed the train blocking the crossing for awhile. People were using the side road that goes under the

tracks to the east of the crossing to get around the train, but the caller was concerned someone was going to get in a head-on out there. Dispatch notified BNSF.

1432 A Nashua male advised he was about 30 miles north of Hwy. 2 and could see a large commercial jet with its landing gear down northwest of them. He said the jet was flying low to the ground and almost making circles in the area. He said the plane was headed north now and back east again. Dispatch spoke with someone at MARCO, who said they were just testing planes at St. Marie and everything was fine.

1511 A Glasgow male report-ed a call involving lowering his credit card rates. He thinks it was a scam. The number it came from was a Whitefish number. Another female received the same type of call, that had come from the same number at Whitefish and the caller’s name came up on caller ID.

1513 A Glasgow caller re-ported a blue/black car blocking the crosswalk. An officer spoke to that person and they won’t park there again.

1530 An officer reported being out with a person at the Elks who has a dog whining inside their car. He will get the dog home.

1550 An Opheim male re-ported an assault by his brother. His brother hit him with a whip. He was coming into town and will file a report. He would like to talk to an officer and file an order of protection against the brother.

1706 An officer called to start a card for theft. A man had bought a $140 lottery ticket and set it on the counter. He was distracted for a few moments and when he turned to get it, it was gone. He said he has the numbers to con-firm it was his if it is found.

1755 A Glasgow female re-ported a deer strike. She will likely need a tow for a Toyota4-

The Beneficiary has declared a default in the terms of said Deed of Trust due to Grantor’s failure to make monthly payments beginning June 1, 2017, and each month subsequent, which monthly installments would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation and other charges against the property or loan. By reason of said default, the Beneficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligation secured by said Trust Deed immediately due and payable. The total amount due on this obligation is the principal sum of $89,713.38, interest in the sum of $1,952.49, escrow advances of $1,573.14, other amounts due and payable in the amount of $25.00 for a total amount owing of $93,264.01, plus accruing interest, late charges, and other fees and costs that may be incurred or advanced.

The Beneficiary anticipates and may disburse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantor. If such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee’s fees and attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of the sale, and late charges, if any.

Beneficiary has elected, and has directed the Trustee to sell the above described property to satisfy the obligation.

The sale is a public sale and any person, including the Beneficiary, excepting only the Trustee, may bid at the sale. The bid price must be paid immediately upon the close of bidding in cash or cash equivalents (valid money orders, certified checks or cashier’s checks). The conveyance will be made by Trustee’s Deed, without any representation or warranty, including warranty of title, express or implied, as the sale is made strictly on an as-is, where-is basis, without limitation, the sale is being made subject to all existing conditions, if any, of lead paint, mold or other environmental or health hazards. The sale purchaser shall be entitled to pos-session of the property on the 10th day following the sale.

The Grantor, successor in interest to the Grantor, or any other person having an interest in the property, has the right, at any time prior to the Trustee’s Sale, to pay to the Beneficiary, or the successor in interest to the Beneficiary, the entire amount then due under the Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby (including costs and expenses actually incurred and attorney’s fees) other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or to cure the default, by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and Deed of Trust with Suc-cessor Trustee’s and attorney’s fees. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled.

The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days.

If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse.

This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

On Dec. 5, the Glasgow Fire Department was awarded a $3,000 Northwest FCS Rural Community Grant from North-west Farm Credit Services.

Northwest FCS is committed to helping rural communities succeed. In 2017 to date, North-west Farm Credit Services has committed over $250,000 to 171 projects in rural communities across Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Since the pro-

gram’s inception in 2007, it has awarded 805 grants totaling more than $1.46 million.

“The Glasgow Fire Depart-ment is pleased to receive the Northwest Farm Credit Services Rural Community Grant,” said Glasgow Fire Chief Brandon

Brunelle. “The grant will be used to purchase new handheld radios to provide necessary communications for firefighters to keep themselves safe along with the public in an emergency situation.”

To date, the total raised

for both the Long Run Fire Department and the Glasgow Fire Department is $12,720, so each department will re-ceive $6,360 to put towards the purchase of new radios. The entire fire department would like to thank the communities for

all of their support. The next rural grant deadline

is Feb. 1, 2018. If you think your rural project may be eligible for a grant, visit northwestfcs.com/Stewardship/Rural-Communities for more information and an ap-plication.
