9-4-13 General Meeting: The meeting was held at the Casa Mexican restaurant Meeting called to order at 7:30 by Bonnie Camp. Attendance: Donna Berardelli, Jamey Robbins, Mel & Anne Gahley, Andrea Mowdy, Laurie Brunelle, Deneen & Arielle Phillips, Mike & Kathleen Austin, Karaly Maione & Anita Stephens,
TREASURER REPORT:
The checking account $9,028.06, the scholarship fund $2,145.9. The bills paid: Western Idaho Fair $30.00, Showtime awards $996.00 & Schneider $395.76.
DOUBLE POINT COMMITTEE: Mike has contracts for the double point show judges. The awards are here, all seems to be ready for the Sept 28 -29 show. See the show bill & come out to show.
EPRB / LOC committee: The rules committee met before the regular meeting. Karaly reported that we needed to clarify a rule. Mel/ Connie G moved we clarify the leadline rule that now states the lead liner can show in the in-hand trail class. It will be changed to can not show in in-hand trail. This motion passed unanimously.
Newsletter: Information for the newsletter must be to Andrea by Friday. Check on your points. A deadline for correcting your points after the double point show willbe Nov 1st. Awards & banquet committee invite those interested in helping to join the group at Deneen’s salon 9-19.
SCHOLARSHIP The 2013 scholarship was awarded to Matt Evans & has been sent to the college of his choice. Congrads Matt.
AWARDS COMMITTEE & BANQUET COMMITTEE: Banquet is scheduled for Jan 18 at the Nampa Civic Center. Tickets for the banquet will go on sale at the double point show. Buy early & save money.

Staacks are opening a store front at the old Flying V. Their hours will be Tues to Fri 12 to 6pm. Sat to10 to 6. The phone number is 585-3582
