Deliver agreed projects on time and to required standards, and provide feedback. Lead the development of IEMA’s policy and practice on key subjects, with active member

engagement and support Establish structures to support members and employers acting as ambassadors and advocates for

IEMA’s policy positions Establish and deliver support to member groups such that they have ownership of the

development of focussed/ tailored positions on specific areas consistent with IEMA’s overall policies

Ability to read and understand company policies and procedures and behave in an appropriate way in relation to them, ensuring IEMA are compliant with all legislation and compliance requirements

Very good oral and written communication, including the ability to draft reports such as Project Briefs; give presentations and demonstrations to large audiences and engage and network with senior professionals

Ability to investigate and report on new areas of work using own initiative whilst, organising and undertaking research as appropriate

Utilises all expertise around them to collect information to inform decision making
