The table give information about the number of people in different age groups working in certain

sectors in the UK in 1998 and 2006. Overall, we can see there are big differences in the ages and some

significant changes in the total numbers working.

Technology was increased dramatically number of people who work in 1998 and 2006. Also, the

number of worker increased who work in education, except the people in 56-65 slightly decreased in

1998 and 2006. On the other hand, on hotel and catering the number of people increased slightly in

1998 and 2006 except the younger people between 18 to 25. Also, in 2006 the number was remained

stable in different ages. Building was decreased between 36 to 65 but increased in 18-25 age in 1998-2006.
