IEEE SNIST CHAIR Responsibilities

Should be influential.

Should have subject knowledge of some subject.

Should be very effective in spoken English and in any other

language used for communication in and out of the team.

Key Responsibility for making IEEE SNIST members the ones to

which everyone else look for.

Must plan out sessions in the subjects in which SNIST is

interested in.

Key Responsibility for tuning the team towards the decision

taken in a meeting.

IEEE SNIST VICE CHAIR Responsibilities

Should be the favorite to the team.

Should have subject knowledge of some subject.

Should be influential.

Should be very supportive to chair's Decision.

Should think in Contrast to the team's thinking in any meeting

that is being conducted.

Should have the capability to take over the team dynamically

when the chair is unable to lead.

Must be innovative and supportive towards the team's

decisions.

IEEE SNIST GENERAL SECRETARY Responsibilities

Should be influential.

Must have the Team in control.

Must Report All the activities to the IEEE Hyderabad Section.

Should have knowledge and power to make dynamic and Team

loving decisions.

Key Responsibility for making the Board and other coordinators

work. This post posses the maximum power in the board, can

remove and add anyone in the board with his and branch

counselor’s decision or with group and branch counselor’s

decision.

Must be held responsible for the output. Good or Bad.

Must be able to organize good number of meets such that the

team stays intact with the decisions taken by the branch

councilor and vice versa.

Must be able to allocate activities to people influenced by him

such that there are fewer burdens on the team.

Must be able to use the powers in order to promote IEEE SNIST.

Decide the next board when the time comes.

IEEE SNIST JOINT SECRETARY Responsibilities

Should be influential.

Must be a Reminding factor to General Secretary for Reporting

All the activities to the IEEE Hyderabad Section.

Should have knowledge and power to make dynamic and Team

loving decisions.

Must be held responsible for the output. Good or Bad.

Must be able to think differently in a manner that voice of the

thought has an impact.

Must be able to support General Secretary and Chair after a

decision taken.

Must be able to use the powers in order to promote IEEE SNIST.

Should be able to analyze the feedback given by the Organizing

head about the people he/she has encountered while work.

Should be able to summarize the whole feedback and present

in a discussion where ever necessary.

IEEE SNIST TREASURER Responsibilities

Must be well versed with the Banking Transactions.

Should be very responsible during any of the events.

Must be very adaptive to Excel sheets.

Should maintain a Balance Sheet.

Should be able to handle any dispute regarding money in a

responsible and soothing manner.

IEEE SNIST Organizing Head Responsibilities

Must be very jovial.

Must be able to cover the barrier and carrier between the

Organizing Team and the Executive Committee.

Key Responsibility in giving Feedback about every member in

the Organizing Team to the Joint Secretary and the HR.

Should be able to assist the Vice Chair and the GS (of all the

IEEESNIST chapters) in assigning the activities to members.

Should have a role of speech in every meeting and must assist

the Documentation head to Record the minutes of meeting for

every meeting conducted.

Should be able to have a responsible thinking about the team's

ego.

Must be helpful to reduce the ego clashes in and out of every

board of the IEEE SNIST BOARD.

IEEE SNIST DESIGNING Head Responsibilities

Must be well versed with Adobe Photoshop or Coral Draw.

Must be fluent in speaking English Language.

Design posters and banners.

Should be able to organize efficiently the designing work for

the Team as well as the Fest.

Should be able to take sessions on the software and hence

make good designers for SNIST and IEEE SNIST.

IEEE SNIST Public Relations (PR) and Human Resource (HR)

Responsibilities

Must be very jovial.

Should be able to bring more and more people to be inspired

by IEEE and be a part of IEEE SNIST.

Must be able to cover the barrier and carrier between the

Every IEEE member and non-IEEE member of SNIST and the

Board.

Key Responsibility is to keep the club active and in good

relation with any other club or organization in the college as a

PR.

Key Responsibility is to keep the club members intact and

recruit the working body for any activity for every purpose and

report them over to the organizing Head. Once the Event is

completed, the organizing head will give a detailed feedback

about the members recruited for further more help in the

activities.

Should be able to assist the JS and the GS (of all the IEEESNIST

chapters) in assigning the activities to members.

Should have a role of speech in every meeting and must assist

the Documentation head to Record the minutes of meeting for

every meeting conducted.

Must be helpful to reduce the ego clashes in and out of every

Make sure that the clashes inside the club are not shown once

any person walks outside the club room.

IEEE SNIST DOC Head Responsibilities

Must be well versed with Microsoft Office or any

documentation softwares.

Must be fluent in speaking English Language.

Drafting Letters and Magazines

Writing Articles about IEEE-SNIST and its activities

Should be able to organize efficiently the documentation work

for the Team as well as the Fest.

IEEE SNIST STUDENT SECTION REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

Should be influential.

Must be a part of every decision taken, every meet happening,

every event taking place in the college by IEEE SNIST.

Responsibility for reporting all the events to the section must

be reminded to the GS and the chair.
