For Immediate Release IDOC Employee Receives Distinguished Hoosier Award Indianapolis, Indiana (October 31, 2008)—An Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) employee received a Governor’s Distinguished Hoosier award today for his outstanding work and dedication to the State of Indiana. On behalf of Commissioner Edwin G. Buss, IDOC Chief of Staff Dan Ronay presented Colonel Les Scrogham with a Distinguished Hoosier Award, signed by Governor Mitch Daniels, for his 44 years of service with the IDOC during an event held in the Indiana Government Center. Deputy Commissioner of Operations Cecil Davis, CIF Superintendent Tom Hanlon, and Col. Les Scrogham Ronay applauded Scrogham’s long service to the Agency and wished him well as he prepares for retirement. “This Distinguished Hoosier Award is a token of gratitude from the Governor in recognition of your many years of hard work and service for the State of Indiana. We wish you well and thank you for all you have done,” Ronay said. “IDOC employees are some of the finest, hardworking employees out there, and Colonel Scrogham is a great example. IDOC Employee Receives Distinguished Hoosier Award

Indianapolis, Indiana (October 31, 2008)—An Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) employee received a Governor’s Distinguished Hoosier award today for his outstanding work and dedication to the State of Indiana.
