Identity Travel Scores High on the First Half of 2011 Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Who Says You Can’t Win Them All? This week Identity Travel revealed the results
of a study that reflected all customer satisfac-
tion surveys completed by tourists who par-
ticipated in Identity’s Educational Tours
during the first half of 2011.
Perhaps the most dramatic revelation is that
100% of our customers said their overall sat-
isfaction was high and that they would
recommend the tour to their friends. The cus-
tomers also were unanimous in their opinion
that the tour was spiritually moving.
The survey revealed that of the customers
who participated in Identity’s current events
on-tour workshops, 80% agreed that the
workshops contributed to their understanding
of Israel today.
“Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction and
we work very hard at ensuring that
our customers get the best value for
their money.” said Eran Kolran,
Director and Co-Founder of Iden-
tity Travel, “It is heart warming to
know that our endeavors to provide
the most enriching tours are appre-
ciated by our clients.”
Reggie Tamesis, a tour leader for the
Community Church of Luxemburg said:
"The experience in Israel arranged by Identi-
ty Travel gave me a better perspective of the
country and its people. The price is very rea-
sonable! Our trip was also enriched by our
guide and bus driver, a further example of
their professionalism. This trip could not be
any better !”
SITE of the WEEK The“Belle Ofri” Tourist Center, in the farming community of Kidmat Zvi, is built
as a reconstructed Roman-age village, including all major components: an oil press,
granary, wine press, clay oven, wells and a restaurant constructed in the same manner
that the farmers in Talmudic times used to build their homes. The village is surround-
ed by greenery – fruit groves, vineyards, a vegetable garden and more. In the summer,
visitors harvest Shiraz grapes from the vineyard and stomp them in the reconstructed
wine press. In the fall, visitors pick olives from the grove and make olive oil using the
most ancient method, in the late spring visitors learn how the ancients cut the wheat
and turned it into flour and prepare cheese from the milk of the goats.

A tour of Israel's winer-
ies will take you across
the country, from the
green pastures of the
Golan
Heights
and
moun-
tainous
Galilee through the ur-
ban heart of Israel to the
vast plains of the Negev
where innovative tech-
nology is miraculously
turning desert ground
into lush vineyards. At
Identity Travel we look
out for new trends and
are always happy to cus-
tomize special interest
tours for our customers.
The wine tour was a
success, and we
encourage our
customers, new
and old, to con-
sider it.
It is often a cli-
ents "dream itinerary"
that allows us to see Isra-
el from a new angle and
provides us with a new
reason to appreciate this
small stretch of land. In
this respect, we are eter-
nally grateful to our
customers.
Letter From the Founders:
Wine Tasting and Other Dreams We are always happy to customize special
interest tours for our customers.
We have recently joined one
of our tour groups for a wine
tasting tour of Israel. Israel
was a wine empire in ancient
times and some of its leading
wineries date before the es-
tablishment of the state. In
recent years Israel's wine
market has experienced a
boom of boutique vineyards
and wineries that are winning
awards in the top internation-
al wine completions.
The rise of the wine market
has also created a new tour-
ism new to Israel:
Innovative technology
is miraculously turning
desert ground into lush
vineyards. ” “The administrative service
we got from this travel
company was consistently
warm, responsive to our
requests and they were eager
to give us satisfaction.
We received far far more than
we expected! Bravo!"

OUR CUSTOMERS SPEAK TESTIMONIAL
Lailat al Miraj: The Night Journey
For Muslim citizens of Israel will mark a Lailat al Miraj next week,
one of the most significant events in the Islamic calendar that
stands in the heart of Jerusalem’s controversy.
It is the commemoration of the Night
Journey that, according to Islamic
tradition, the prophet Muhammad
took during a single night around
the year 621 B.C.E. It has been
described as both a physical and
spiritual journey. In the voy-
age, Muhammad travels on
the mythological steed,
Buraq, to "the farthest
mosque" (associated with
Al-Aqsa mosque atop
Jerusalem’s Temple
Mount) . There, he leads
other prophets in pray-
er. He then ascends to heaven
where he speaks to G-d, who
gives him instructions on
the number of times to
offer prayers each day.
A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
Mount Arbel (Hebrew: הר ארבל ) is a mountain situated in the Lower
Galilee near Tiberias in Israel, with high cliffs and spectacular views of
the region that span from the Sea of Galillee to Mount Hermon. The site
also includes trails to a cave-fortress and ruins of an ancient synagogue.
