Ideal Candidate Profile – Marketing and PR Specialist Barrett & Farahany is seeking a full-time Marketing & PR specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital marketing and public relations work and will be autonomous and self-driven, responsible, and dedicated to helping boost the firm’s bottom line. The ideal candidate will also be a creative thinker who will strategize directly with the firm’s partners to develop and push content, and should possess marketing and PR skills and connections that can be fully utilized to: Produce & manage blogs/vlogs/videos for firm website Maintain & improve firm website SEO and content Manage firm social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) Manage firm YouTube channel Manage Avvo and other free & paid firm profiles Coordinate video shoots at least once per quarter (video editing skills a plus) Manage firm newsletter Coordinate Justice at Work Radio Show Manage PR for firm Manage firm Public Image Manage firm presence in the news Manage firm publications Manage firm advertising Report regularly on all marketing and PR efforts Last, but by no means least, we do require that any member who joins our firm adhere to our Strategic Objective & Values (see next page) – this is in our firm DNA and a real differentiator for us.
