Further to the MoU with SKF,I Create India conducted a
Training of Trainers(TOT) program at SKF, Pune for 18
coordinators of Youth Empowerment of SKF (YES)
program.
The coordinators were from Bangalore, Pune and
Haridwar.The TOT was conducted to train them in the Basic
Entrepreneurship Skills to enable them to further
train the youth undergoing Skill training in the Auto
Sector under the YES program
at various centers of SKF.

I Create India partnering with the Department of Youth Empowerment & Sports, Govt. of
Karnataka provided Skills and Entrepreneurship Training for the youth in the age group of 18-35
years . The workshops were conducted at
1. Genetic Training Institute, Karwar from 28th to 4th March for 16 participants.
The workshop was facilitated by Connie and Shobha.
2. J H Patel College, Davangere from 1st to 6th March for 29 partcipants, The
workshop was facilitated by Prakash and C.Angadi.
3. Indoor Stadium, Kolar from 5th to 9th March for 16 participants The workshop
was facilitated by Connie ,Shobha and Murthy.
4. New Horizon Rural Development Trust, Harohalli, Kanakapura,
Ramanagara Dt from 6th to 10th March for 35 participants. The workshop was
facilitated by Prakash and Ananthkumar.
5. At Bethamangala, Kolar for 28 Participants. The workshop was facilitated by
Pankaja and C.Angadi
6. Govt. First Grade College, Devanahalli for 88 participants. The soft skills
workshop was facilitated by Nagendra Babu, Pankaja, Murthy and Prakash.

Entrepreneurship Awareness Program ( EAP)
Participants of the EAP conducted at COWE, Rajasthan Chapter I Create Rajasthan conducted an entrepreneurship awareness program at the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) for 25 participants including the National Chairperson of COWE, members and potential members of COWE, Rajasthan Chapter. The session was conducted on 7th March by Ranju Mehta and Hema Chawla.

I Create Snehdeep conducted two awareness programs at ITI (Women), Gorwa, Vadodara for 150 ITI trainees from Tailoring, Beauty parlor and Fashion Desigining. The session was conducted by Joseph on 13th March.
Aspiring Entrepreneurs Workshop (AEW)
Participants engrossed in the Newspaper Exercise, an activity conducted as part of Idea Generation during the workshop at Phanwaliya Village.
I Create Rajasthan partnering with Bosch India Foundation conducted a workshop at Village-Phanwaliya Gram Panchayat sanganer, Jaipur. The workshop was facilitated by Ranju Mehta, HemaChawla, Shipra Vajpei for 44 women.
FFeedback from the workshop
In the beginning Participants were more keen on finding salaried jobs, but with constant motivation and after attending the training showed interest in starting their businesses. They found the training very useful and need hand holding.
Participants during the AEW conducted at COWE I Create Rajasthan conducted a two day workshop on Business Arithmetic for 12 participants of COWE Rajasthan Chapter. The workshop was facilitated by Ranju Mehta, Sandeep Sethi and Hema Chawla on 28th and 29th March.

I Create Academy conducted a
meeting with the E Cell coordinators from the
chosen three polytechnics to discuss the
impact of E Cell Activities on the students ,
challenges faced in conducting the activities,
further programs to be conducted in the E
Cell which will be beneficial to the students
and the recommendations which can be
suggested to the Department of Technical
Education, Govt. of Karnataka. The
coordinators presented their future plan to
take the E Cell forward. The meeting was
conducted on 26th and 27th of March at the I
Create Academy, Bangalore and attended
by
Ms. Nanda Devi and Ms. Shantha from Govt.Polytechnic for Women, Bangalore
Mr. Papa Reddy and Mr. Shane Gowda from Govt. Polytechnic of Chinthamani
Mr. Pradip Naganur and Mr. Muddanna Bhimanagar from Govt. Polytechnic of
Vijayapura and
I Create Staff from Bangalore and Hubli.
I Create Goa in association with the Bank of India, Goa Zone conducted a mentoring
workshop for 25 aspiring entrepreneurs. Press converage of the workshop in Navahind
Times, Goa dated 2nd April 2018.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
SKF India has entered into an MoU with I Create India to conduct Entrepreneurship
Training and Mentoring to the youth undergoing Skill training in the Auto Sector under
the YES program at various centers of SKF. SKF has also set up a Seed Capital
Assistance Fund to help the trained youth mentored by I Create India to start their
business.
