Your Questions AnsweredWhat do I need to get set up?Quick and easy to set up, no expensive equipment required. icomplete Mobile SIM cards can be used on any unlocked or pay as you go mobile device. Simply plug into your mobile and you are ready to go. All call will be recorded, no further employee action required.
How does it work?Icomplete has live, real-time connections with it’s Carrier Partner Three. This enables you to see calls (Call presence) as they are made.
When a call is completed, we create the archive entry immediately, normally within 30 seconds of a call. Your admin staff have access information on call archive i.e. call history, logs, cost and duration of calls. Employees have access to their own calls.
How long can I store call recordings?1-6 years, at your preference.
Where do these call recordings get stored?On a cluster of servers in a secure (ex nuclear bunker) facility based in UK
Can I keep my number?No, we provide you with a SIM card which has a brand new number.
Can I use the number via my Computer (Mac or PC)? Yes, using a softphone you can run your icomplete number in dual-mode, use a headset or a VoIP handset.
Network coverage?icomplete is an MVNO, using Three UK's 3G network. Three UK is the UK's biggest 3G network with more than 12,400 sites and close to 97% coverage - by the end of 2010 they expect to reach almost complete 3G UK population coverage.
Your Questions AnsweredHow much are the call costs Calls to and from your mobile cost 2.5 pence per minute, plus any outgoing call rates as per our standard tariff. Example inclusive rates (pence per minute), from:

Calls are charged by the second rounded up to the nearest penny. Mobile data is charged at 4p per MB and SMS's are 10p each message.
The call credit (£75 per month) will be aggregated over all SIM's, so if one SIM card user doesn't use as much it will offset a SIM user who does.
Do I have to let people know that I intend to record their telephone conversations with me?No, provided you are not intending to make the contents of the communication available to a third party. If you are you will need the consent of the person you are recording.
Can a business or other organisation record or monitor my phone calls or e-mail correspondence with them?Yes they can, but only in a limited set of circumstances relevant for that business which have been defined by the LBP Regulations. The main ones are:
• to provide evidence of a business transaction• to ensure that a business complies with regulatory procedures• to see that quality standards or targets are being met in the interests of national security• to prevent or detect crime to investigate the unauthorised use of a telecom system• to secure the effective operation of the telecom system
