• My hypothesis is that the salt will melt the ice cube the fastest

• I think salt will melt the ice cube the fastest because it has carbon and hydrogen and oxygen in it .

• The coke didn’t do any thing to the ice cube • The Pepsi didn’t do anything either • The pepper melted some of the ice cube • The salt made holes in the ice cube • the vinegar melted a little bit of the ice cube

• 1. put coke in one cup• 2. put Pepsi in one cup• 3. put salt in one cup and pepper in another

• My observations were that the vinegar needed less vinegar

• the salt needed more salt• And the pepper needed more pepper too.

Conclusion

• No my hypothesis was incorrect because vinegar melted the ice cube the fastest.

• I would change the part where I put Pepsi in the cup, I would of put grinded up coffee beans in the cup.

• my new questions would be: would salt and vinegar melt an ice cube together or will sugar and grinded up coffee beans melt the ice cube the fastest.
