Helping People... Changing Lives...
ICAP has successfully completed funding applications to purchase two apartment build-ings adjacent to the building already owned at 3520 N 4th Avenue in Sioux Falls that houses Heartland House clients. The three apartment buildings will house Bright Futures clients and Heartland House clients along with ad-ditional families meeting income guideline requirements of the properties. In addition to acquiring the buildings (expected clos-ing date March, 2017), the Heartland House Transitional Housing program successfully completed applications to move to a Rapid Rehousing program, through the offi ce of Housing and Urban Development. Heartland House 1 and 2 will make the transition to a rapid rehousing program beginning February 1st, 2017 and Heartland House 3 will complete the transition in September, 2017.
