The IEEE, UP Section is one of the Sections in India coming under the Asia –Pacific Region, Region 10 of IEEE. It covers the entire state of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The UP section was approved on 11 May 1992. The UP Section conducts activities which assist the local IEEE members to enhance their professional careers and their communities.

MIET Group of Institutes established in 1997 is one of the oldest technical institutions in the region. The Institutes are affiliated to AKTU, CCS University, UTU Dehradun and Kumaon University. The Institutes have been approved by the concerned statutory bodies such as AICTE, Board of Technical Studies and NCTE. It has good NIRF Ranking and is NAAC approved and currently five departments are NBA approved. The group employs over 1,000 staff and has more than 6000 students. The Institute offers PG and UG courses including MBA, PGDM, MCA, M.Tech., M.Pharm., B.Tech. in 8 popular branches and B.Pharm. The Institute has established Atal Community by Innovation Centre, a five-year project from NITI AYOG to foster the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship on the campus. MIET group is flourishing under the able leadership of Shri Vishnu Saran, a great visionary. He is carrying on the dream philanthropic project nurtured by his father the Founder-Chairman Late Shri C.S. Agarwal. He believes in and follows the four golden principles for success – foresight, hard-work, determination and discipline.

thThe 7 IEEE International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE-2021) will be held at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Meerut India on 22-24 April 2021. The three-day conference will include invited keynote and oral presentations. ICACCE-2021 will provide a forum for researchers and engineers in both academia and industry to exchange the latest innovations and research advancements in Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering. ICACCE-2021 also provides the attendees the chances to identify the emerging research topics, as well as the future development directions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (original) research papers, which are NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences or journals.
