Pentasia Interim & ContractsPentasia Interim & Contracts provides clients with flexible term resourcing solutions for project based work and consultancy projects. It gives you the ability to quickly engage and disengage highly skilled specialists who may not be required for a permanent position. It can also be used to cover absences or shortfalls in resources at times of peak workload.

Our contractors are used when a client requires the flexibility of hiring a skilled person without the inherent responsibilities associated with direct employment. Upon engagement, a contractor will be assigned to your organisation for a project based assignment with pre-agreed deliverables, milestone measurements, and time-scales. This resource can be employed on a full or part time basis and in circumstances where the required duration of the engagement is either fixed or unknown.

It is an ideal method of quickly engaging specialist skill-sets and services for immediate results.

Pentasia is an active member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and the Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC) and works to strict industry-wide codes of conduct.

Multi-functional ExpertisePentasia provide a wide range of multifunctional consulting and interim services into the global iGaming industry. Our contractors are experts in their field and have typically had over ten years of experience in their specialist discipline. Areas of expertise include finance, operations, marketing, payment processing, IT, and product development.

Contract StructureWith fixed term or project based contracts, the assigned contractor is often a professional freelancer who has chosen to fulfil a series of consulting roles as a career alternative to permanent employment. Alternatively clients may be looking to hire a candidate on a permanent basis but require him or her to operate on a temporary or fixed term basis before permanent employment can be offered. In either case, it is Pentasia who engages directly with the contractor rather than the client. This frees you from any of the commitments associated with hiring an employee directly.

Time Sheets & InvoicingAs the client, you maintain complete control over costs at all times by authorising a timesheet to verify that the contractor has completed the agreed number of days or hours. Typically, these will be invoiced by Pentasia every week at a pre-agreed hourly or day rate.

All-inclusive RateWhen engaging a contractor, there are no additional employment costs such as HR, holiday/sick pay, employers’ National Insurance, training, pension contributions, lengthy notice periods or staff benefits packages. The rate we charge is all inclusive and represents the total cost of either employing an interim consultant or engaging a service for a project.

On-going SupportWe have a reputation for excellent on-going support throughout the contract duration and we hold regular contact with both parties in the form of face-to-face performance appraisal meetings. Our policy of maintaining regular communication between all three parties involved in the engagement ensures our assignments run smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
