We want to make sure that you arrive safely at IC, so please read this booklet carefully, especially for the days you arrive.
It contains the times and locations of pick ups and where you should be at what time
Please be aware that Moscow is a very large city with three major airports and many train stations. Organizing Pick Ups is a major undertaking, so don‘t worry if you don‘t find a meeting point right away or have some waiting times.

CHECK INAT KOSMOS HOTEL
We strongly urge you to come to Kosmos until the 16th in the evening to drop off your luggage, so that you don‘t need to carry it on the 17th. Just keep the clothes you need for Day 0, including all the things for Global Village.
You can drop off your luggage throughout the whole day on the 16th. Chief Delegates can check in their delegations until 13:00.
When you come back to Kosmos after Global Village on the 17th in the evening, you will be able to go directly to your rooms!
HOW TOGET TO KOSMOS HOTEL
The metro station is called
VDNKh (in Russian: вднх) and it‘s on the orange line (Number 6)
When you come from the city centre, take the exit in the front of the train. Outside, you will see Kosmos Hotel on the other side of the street. Use the underpass . It‘s a 5min walk
