I went to school today and English was so boringWhen the teacher turned around people

 Started to drop and everybody went to sleep.It was like being trapped in a room

Of just white wallsIt is like staring at

a dead turtle until it movesIt was like listening to static.

It was like the Taylor School went to slow motion when Iwas in English

Normally the Wednesday is like fast motorcycleIt was slow like a computer without wifi

It was like a big truck without gas in the middle ofnowhere.

Dear sun,      I am really scared that I am getting too old and theother stars will shine brighter than me.  This year I'mturning 66 million years old. People are going to look atme and say that star doesn't hurt my eyes. Peoplecouldn’t look at me before because I was too bright. Now Iam afraid I'm going to turn into stardust because I'm tooold. I will be sad because everybody will stare at me andsay I’m dim. I'm just going to be boring star dust thatnobody can see.

So I’ve been thinking, if you can give me some of yourbrightness so I can act like a I’m 33 million years old, halfthe star I am, I will be the hottest  66 million year old star.I’m telling you this now because you can only see myright arm. I am telling you because you're the brightestthing ever and nicest thing ever. I hope to hear from yousoon.

lost my jacket at school. I lost my jacket playingbasketball at school. I got really hot playing so I threw myjacket on the side. I went to all my classes and it wasreally hot so I didn't need a jacket I got home and mymom said how was your day I said ok she said war is yourjacket I said in my backpack I did my homework and ateand went to sleep I woke up and went to school and itwas cooled so I looked for my jacket in my backpack andit wasn't there I went to the lost and found and it wasn'tthere so I thought it was at home but it wasn't so the nextday I looked everywhere at school and I couldn't find it somy mom told me to put your jacket on and I said I lost itshe was really mad and she said thats what you get sonow you're going to be cold and i'm not buying you one.Isaid ok but I knew she was going to buy me another one .

Gross OnionsI dont get it when my mom cooks onions.She knows I hate them I fell like she doesn't love me. Ifshe really loved me she would not cook any things with onions in it. I bet she is going to cookonions today and tell me that onions are good for you I walked in the door from school and took abig sniff . I said hi mom what are you cooking ? She said dinner.  I opened the pot and I saw abunch of disgusting onions . I mumbled i'm going to eat fruit tonight .  My mom said I heard that! Ijust walked to my room and I grabbed a peach on my way . my mom just ignored me. when I justfinished my really hard and boring homework I went to my mom and asked her if i can rest shesaid after you eat  i said but im too tired to eat she said your so exaggerating so I got a plasticbag and i sneaked the food into the bag and i said i'm done she said ok you can rest now and Iwalked to my room and went to sleep   “Ibra, dinner is ready,” my mother said.  I went down andsaid, “no thank you.” She said, “Ibra you need to eat to be stronger” I said ok but no onions. so Iate and there was a long slimy onion I pulled it out and put it on my napkin next to me.

The Scared PancakeThe pancake is scared because the bubbling hot syrup is coming

He is a crunchy pancakegoing to be a wobbly and soggy oneHe is going to be like a strong person turning into a really weak person

He is going to be like ahard paper book in water

 He is going to be munched upwith the grinding sharp teeth of a person

with bacon and one egg

The TreeThere was a 2 year old girl named Jennifer, 7 year old boynamed Jack , their mom Carolina ,and dad Bob lived in ahuge house. The family ate dinner and watched tv andwent to bed and Jack said I'm scared of the tree next tothe house Bob said its a special tree it keeps themonsters away from us. The  dad went to his bed.Everybody went to sleep but Jack and he sal  the treewent  into the window and grabbed Jack and startedeating him so the dad climbed the tree and grabbed Jackand when he got him down they lost Jennifer .The momwas looking for her but she couldn't find her. They wereyelling “Jennifer”!and they heard her response and themom was like ok she yes fine but they couldn't still findher so the boy that almost got eaten by a tree went up tothe tv and heard her she was in the tv. so the mom calleda special priest to get her out and when they did get herout they moved immediately and they lived happily everafter.

Viola FreyViola Frey can make sculptures bigger than real life.  Although she is in awheelchair, she still makes them twelve feet high. She wasn't always in awheelchair.  She accomplished many goals in college.  For example, shereceived BFA in 1956 from California College Of Arts and Crafts. In SanFrancisco bay area in 1960 she became an internationally respected artist.She started making 12 feet tall sculptures in 1970 and dressed them infancy California funk clothes .

I was at school and there was a wastebasket and it was full and I had to puta paper so I had to either put my hand or my foot  in to it to put the paperdown so I chose my foot so my hand doesn't get dirty so I put my foot inthere and I tried to take it out but it was stuck so everybody laughed and Itripped and I fell on my bottom and I took my foot out and then all thepaper fell out so I had to put all the papers back and I was soembarrassed but some kids were helping me because they're my friends .

Family DinnerThe Fernandes went to a dinner at Chili's.  The waiter satthem next to the bathroom, but they wanted to movebecause they didn't want to smell the odors that camefrom the bathroom. When they were moving Joe droppedhis glass cup and it broke, the water splashed everywhereIt splashed on another family's table.  When they satdown Vick put  her cup down and it tipped over andspilled on her dad. The dad was really mad because hewas soaked with cold water.  The waiter asked them ifthey're ready to order and they said yes so the ordered.When they got the food they got someone elses order sothey had to wait for are right order for a hour. They got sobored They started coloring in the kids menu.  When thefood came it was eleven o'clock and They got their at sixthey ate and the sister did not want to eat so their dadstarted yelling and everybody was looking at them It wasso embarrassing

Home Sweet Home       At home I feel safe.  I feel like i'm free.  I feel like Ican do more stuff like I get to sleep on my own bed aslong I want I dont half to sleep on a pull out couch couch.I feel loved at home.When I am at home I know whereeverything is.  At home I get to see my family.  When mysisters need help I love to help them and I go to thereroom when they're scared.  I like to see my family if I needhelp.
